I’m sorry to hear that you had a bad experience while working with us. We strive to create the best possible experience for our consultants and we appreciate your feedback regarding your experience. I’d like to take this opportunity to respond to some of the statements you listed in your comment.
“Money is nothing”: Pay is dictated by the client. LABUR aims to have the best paying roles in their respective industries. LABUR also qualifies pay rates with consultants before they are placed on assignment to ensure the consultant is 100% comfortable with the rate going in.
“No benefits”: We have always offered health, dental, and 401k, among other benefits to our consultants.
“No Transparency”: LABUR is transparency. Clients do not, and are not obligated to share much, if any information. Candidates with strong relationships with their direct supervisors should have most, if not all information required. That said, like much of life, corporate America is not concerned with keeping everyone in the loop, all the time.
“No idea where you stand”: LABUR is based on integrity; anything we know, we share. Ultimately, most clients, small, or large, don't have the ability to tell you where they stand for myriad reasons. Ambiguity is a large part of life, and work is a large part of life; thus, the conundrum.
Again, I am sorry to hear your experience with us fell short of your expectations; we will continue to strive to hold ourselves to the highest level of quality and integrity. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or comments, or if there is anything we can do to help remedy your experience.
