Top Shelf in Every Regard. - Artist/Animator LDRLY Employee Review

Best place for women to work! Usually being a woman in tech means always to spend more time defending my work and being belittled by my coworkers then being productive and this has NEVER happened at LDRLY. Actually it's the opposite, all of my coworkers are very talented and supportive , ready to help and I can finally focus on delivering a good product, do a good job and learn more instead of looking over my shoulders. Also the women to men ratio is really balanced which is very rare, if not unique, in the gaming industry. The company offers great perks, always making sure we have everything we need and the fact that the environment is really welcoming it really makes me and everybody want to do a good job all the time.

Can't really think of any negative so far

The studio is efficiently run and upper management are caring, honest and transparent about everything and anything . The culture is phenomenal. Including staff on suggestions for what charities to support and being receptive to ideas about helping others makes this place truly great. The occasional little extras like a beer delivery on a Friday or gift cards for the staff and their kids are always great little surprises. The benefits are always being refined and improved and the Friday cheers are a great way to wind down each week.

The offices shut down due to covid so regular tag ups and meetings are all online, which is great, but regular team building events, lunches and stuff are missed.
