I've worked on many projects for many companies; a lot of them were good but none of them came close to LLDRLY's commitment to supporting their employees and providing a fun, safe workplace (even through it's currently virtual). LLDRLY makes simple things like respect, caring, listening as important as the work you create.

Best place for women to work! Usually being a woman in tech means always to spend more time defending my work and being belittled by my coworkers then being productive and this has NEVER happened at LDRLY. Actually it's the opposite, all of my coworkers are very talented and supportive , ready to help and I can finally focus on delivering a good product, do a good job and learn more instead of looking over my shoulders. Also the women to men ratio is really balanced which is very rare, if not unique, in the gaming industry. The company offers great perks, always making sure we have everything we need and the fact that the environment is really welcoming it really makes me and everybody want to do a good job all the time.
