25% discount on Lego, Lovely coworking environment, Form bonds with regular attending families

Cons

Management making decisions about things they know nothing about, claims to "value diversity and inclusion" whilst giving a trans worker a warning for "making a [transphobic] guest upset" and that aids such as fidget toys and stress balls are "a huge hazard and not permitted to be used by staff", management wrongfully accusing staff on misconduct and digging their heels in rather than apologizing for wrongful accusation, management giving severely harsh and discriminatory consequences for minor instances, micromanagement, severe mistreatment of staff

Pros

- Not too hard of a job-when it comes to lifeguarding -Access and discounts for LEGOLAND, great if you have friends or family with kids -Delicious food w/decent discount

Cons

- Management is VERY hierarchial, hard to establish relationship with coworkers and bosses due to the sheer size of the Aquatic division at Water Park - Hard to get recognized for good work, recognized for errors based on communication issues from management -blamed for errors due to communication issues from management -A good walk from parking lot to water park
