Pros
Very fun, you get to work with kids (could be pro or con), the summer has great hours (I got 50+ hours a week during the summer at times), most employees are nice and fun to be around, management is usually laid back
Cons
Usually very poor hours in the off-season, aka anything besides summer, average employees are paid only .50 cents over minimum wage, certain managers are much stricter than others.
