- you need to be able to navigate ambiguity and quick changes - the founders could be sometime stricter in enforcing company policies - not everyone appreciates the advantages that the company offers them but takes them for granted after a while

- Really good atmosphere - Huge learning possibilities

- You need to be able to set the work limit yourself because there are so many things happening that you can easily work a lot (but the management always cares of your personal life balance)
