Pros
- the founders put a high emphasis on engaging work as well as a culture of constant feedback and innovation - the company invests a significant amount of time in mentoring and training - you can have a say in almost everything and shape the company with your ideas - due to the company size and the culture, the amount of politics is very low
Cons
- you need to be able to navigate ambiguity and quick changes - the founders could be sometime stricter in enforcing company policies - not everyone appreciates the advantages that the company offers them but takes them for granted after a while

- Really good atmosphere - Huge learning possibilities
Cons
- You need to be able to set the work limit yourself because there are so many things happening that you can easily work a lot (but the management always cares of your personal life balance)
