Pros
It has been more than a year since I've started working with LEXIT, and I can certainly tell that it has been the best work experience in my professional life. The team spirit and the level of cooperation are simply outstanding, and you receive all possible support from your teammates one could wish for. The basic principles of the team management are delegation, initiative, flexibility and creativity, which are very helpful for anyone working in the marketing area. Marketing is a highly-everchanging industry, and you really need to have a high level of trust and freedom to be creative and successful within your position. The marketing team at LEXIT gets all necessary support and freedom from other departments and management team. This is why the level of motivation is always very high and the whole team constantly aims to perform at the best possible level.
Cons
I haven't noticed any significant cons when working with LEXIT. You need to be ready for an ever-changing industry which also affects marketing activities, stay up-to-date every day and be able to adjust your plans due to new rules or policies from ad channels, which I rather see as a positive challenge for a marketer.
