It has been more than a year since I've started working with LEXIT, and I can certainly tell that it has been the best work experience in my professional life. The team spirit and the level of cooperation are simply outstanding, and you receive all possible support from your teammates one could wish for. The basic principles of the team management are delegation, initiative, flexibility and creativity, which are very helpful for anyone working in the marketing area. Marketing is a highly-everchanging industry, and you really need to have a high level of trust and freedom to be creative and successful within your position. The marketing team at LEXIT gets all necessary support and freedom from other departments and management team. This is why the level of motivation is always very high and the whole team constantly aims to perform at the best possible level.

The management of the company are very open-minded, flexible and understanding, giving you enough freedom and space for your own creativity, initiative and ideas. The team is international and consists of very talented and professional members, who support and inspire you a lot. There is a very nice and friendly atmosphere in the team, which makes working there especially motivating.
