Once you become manager level, you can stay here as long as you want. They don’t fire people.

Too many manager level, only few entry level exists in the company. No WFH, No flexibility, No lunch for Mon, Wed, Fri. HR doesn’t care and they don’t have any powet. Toxic environment. More like company for dispatcher. Pay is too low compared to the market.
