job security. (heartfully I can say this.) Hikes also ok when compared to other companies. Best company if you are married person or if you have girlfriend work with experienced people so you can learn how to manage life without work. you can learn publicity for doing nothing. you will get everything if they like your skills. of course not based on talent.

No work from home policy Less package compare to other company Very minimal increment and promotion If you are not important, you will be asked to come to the office. More Politics. Please Use proper talcum powder or makeup to get hikes and respect. I have give one star for senior management becase no option to give less than that.
