Pros
Good start up company for freshers who want to learn. They generally don't layoff.
Cons
Working here is like working in a prison. Koreans have zero trust on Indians. Daily your bags will be searched as if the Indians are thieves. 9 hour daily clocking is mandatory with no option to WFH. Less than that the leaves will be automatically deducted. Experienced people stay off from this company as work is totally controlled by Korea, even you don't have right to merge the code which you have developed. Politics is extreme. Due to heavy Korean culture, people tends to resigns within 1 year as you are expected to clock 12 hours.
