Stable work across the year but it all depends on luck in which team and project are placed in.
Cons
- Company culture is drastically changing. HR lied in one-on-one meeting that we don't have any policy that will prohibit work from home but all employees are now forced to come to office 4 days a week. If you go home town for a week than your work from home days will be compensated once you are back. Steady salary hike. Unnecessary KPI's where you need to clear DSA exam like an child preparing for competetive exam. If you are looking for role which could provide you an exposure about driving a product into market than this is not a place for you. Most of project are service based to HQ. If you are looking for some hybrid role than this is not the place. I have heard that from January 2025, it will complete work from office strictly which I believe is not acceptable in this age where almost all companies are following hybrid culture.
