Pros

The opportunities to increase our skill set. For example, Microsoft Office and our Annual trainings. Our Team morale here in Georgia. We are one big family.

Cons

A few aspects that I believe LG-TEK can improve would be: PTO should be rolled over into the next year. Not everyone uses their PTO during a year. When the PTO is taken away all the hard work for that employee is gone. PTO donation- Employees should have the power to donate their PTO to whomever they choose. Those hours belong to that employee. If I want to donate my PTO to a coworker, I should be allowed to. Instead of it going into some pot for others. The policy for Natural Disasters, Government Facility Closure/Issues, Pandemic Outbreaks, and or Unforeseen Circumstances- These things do happen and because they are out of the employees control the policy should reflect. As employees we should not be held accountable for Natural Disasters or for Unforeseen Circumstances. It's as if we can control the weather, a sickness outbreak, government facility issues...Well, we can't. If a Natural Disaster Occurs, Government Facility Issues or a Pandemic Outbreak occurs we should not be forced to use PTO because we can't work. There needs to be a policy for the contract providing financial means for all employees due to Natural Disasters, Government Facility Closure/Issues, Pandemic Outbreaks, and or Unforeseen Circumstances
