The heart and energy of the floor staff.
Cons
Big perks for admin and long time employees. Trips to Puerto Rico. Private concerts w Elton John at the White House. Board Meetings with a wine bar. There is a pay differential that is extreme for staff too in comparison w the same job at similar agencies in the area. And they just got a huge grant earlier this year…where is the money going?
