Easy days, and great learning experiences, great way to meet the gay community, fun and interesting staffers and events.
Cons
Everything about this place is extremely off, the staff and management are very disorganized with unrealistic expectations and scheduling that can change by the minute. Working here you will also discover the love/ hate reputation the center has within the community which can make representing them awkward at times. It also has a revolving door of employees, there is always someone starting and two leaving most only working there less then a year and the most tenured being there only a year or two so that right tells you what you need to know for the most part.
