Pros
It is an excellent company to raise your CTC, the people working there are nice, although they are slowly leaving. You get lunch and they organize parties and things like that. Insurance is there for you and your family, the office looks decent, no formal dress code.
Cons
"Daily working hours range from 8-10 hours. Weekly hours cannot exceed 48 hours." That's what the Indian Labor Law states, but these people seem not to understand this, and they think they are getting away with this. Only a matter of time before they legally get wrecked for this. Extreme racism is practiced in this company, they see Indian people as slaves. They want cheap labor with people working there all day like in Asian Factories. They will never come and greet you but they expect you to do so because somehow they are superior. They also say pretty bad things about India and people there just sit and listen because anyone giving feedback is fired. That is the reason that they failed to even make a basic game, and they will never be able to make it. The only thing that they are good at is fake marketing, and that is the thing that holds this company barely standing. Everyone in indie gaming just laughs at them behind their backs but they are too stupid to see and understand. They once implemented this rule where you had to pay Rs 200 for every minute you were late and wouldn't get anything extra if you worked late, hypocrisy at its best. No work from home for Indian employees but these Western egoistic leaders can go to the US anytime for months of vacation and working from home. Instead of working the leaders keep staring at employees and selecting who to fire next, they put extra desks for more people to join sadly the already filled desks got empty haha. I can go on and on but if this does not warn you I don't know what else will, so good luck.
