      Can't think of any! Hoping each day goes quickly!

      Cons

      Appalling, too many egos making their incompetence look good to management, Micro-mangement inept manangement at all levels and many should NOT be in the roles they are in as many it's way above their competence. No support! Too many meaningless reports. Go woke, go broke!

      People are great- passionate, knowledgeable, can-do & positive attitude. Company has a fun spirit!

      Cons

      Not sure if this is necessarily a con, but the environment is extremely fast paced. Customers trumpsall else, so you must be able to pivot quickly.
