      Long hours - pay not worth it - poor management

      Pros

      Global networking is the only pro working here.

      Cons

      Long hours, heavy workload, do not get compensated for the work you do. Always issues with management. Have grown too fast in the past few years and management are not sure how to handle this. High turnover of staff.... No career growth.

      Appalling, too many egos making their incompetence look good to management, Micro-mangement inept manangement at all levels and many should NOT be in the roles they are in as many it's way above their competence. No support! Too many meaningless reports. Go woke, go broke!
