Pros
For a small-medium sized company which doesn't really compete with the larger more corporate law firms in Dublin, LKS thinks very highly of itself. There are good lawyers recognised in the industry and from a client perspective, if they don't want the shiney offices and riverside location, it's a decent firm.
Cons
Select lawyers treated very well - others not - the difference was often stark. For administrative staff, for the most part, the work was pure drudgery in pokey shabby offices, being patronised regularly and with a 100 quid One of All voucher as a Christmas bonus. Some of the team were good to work with but the atmosphere was generally unpleasent - lots of suck ups. I've never met a more gossipy two-faced HR head in my entire career.
