Pros
You can meet some nice people and earn a little money. You can advance just not far. I'm only writing more cause I have too to finish this task.
Cons
Those people you just met are now talking behind your back. People and management are childish. The management cares more about numbers and what corporate is saying. Ever heard the saying "Too many chiefs and not enough Indians". Customers are not important anymore they get put on hold for employees to talk to one another don't be fooled. Your work or your sale means nothing cause your just a number there. The raises are not existent if your not a favorite child in this place. If you have a doctors note for time off your still punished regardless of the reason. Shady business don't be a part of them.
