Pros

Co-workers are friendly, some people of management listens to your concerns. Great experience if you are just starting in the career field.

Cons

Over-worked, constantly told that adding an extra person or even a small 'raise' is not in the 'budget', however they are currently in the process of building a multi-million dollar building from the ground up, and also saved 5 million... yes MILLION dollars on removing one flap of cardboard... but oh no it's not in the budget! If you want to move-up you will either have to 'suck up' or get luckily picked for a project to get randomly chosen to get moved up because you now have 'experience'. Also the amount of work that you do is not worth the compensation.

Pros

Pay is decent for those of us who have built a large enough customer base over the years.

Cons

Commission rate cuts the last five consecutive years. No path for advancement. Poor management. Since 2021, every change they have made that I have seen is designed to keep the stock price as high as possible - which has been stagnant for 10+ years. Customers and employees come last.
