      Pros

      Nice office and friendly coworkers. Occasional cookouts in the Nashville location.

      Cons

      Benefits are horrible. Certain IT Managers/Directors are part of the Good Ole Boys club. There should be a divide so that there isnt the feeling of improprieties being taken. Unprofessional comments from Management and Supervisor's are the norm. Training is ok but its hard to get. Promotions are based off of who you go out with for a drink.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for those of us who have built a large enough customer base over the years.

      Cons

      Commission rate cuts the last five consecutive years. No path for advancement. Poor management. Since 2021, every change they have made that I have seen is designed to keep the stock price as high as possible - which has been stagnant for 10+ years. Customers and employees come last.
