      Working at LMA you are part of fun, friendly and supportive team. LMA really look after their staff and have great company benefits for everyone to enjoy.

      Cons

      Diets are pretty much non existent far too many treats to be tempted with! Ice creams, Lola's cup cakes, biscuits...

      Hybrid work schedule & nice wework community

      Cons

      The culture of the US office is one of the worst I've ever been in. Not very friendly office culture, many sides you have to choose in the office and leadership unfortunately is unhelpful. There is also no way to make any money as the primary sales people bring in no revenue potential deals, lots of the people are just folks who jump from company to company which should be a red flag to begin with. Lots of overpromising in the interview process.
