Pros
- Good location in the city and suitable for most people - A lot of good colleagues who are very welcoming and sociable. - Some great senior members who will help drive your development when line managers don't - Solid support from the back office at ALL times.
Cons
- The benefit package has something removed off it every other month and you probably won't be informed about it. Free toast seems to be a fairly consistent reward though. - Heads of Business struggle to remove their egos/emotions out of important decision making which only leaves employees feeling uncomfortable and lacking faith in their leadership. - Inappropriate comments in the office were evident from my first day. Flippant comments were even made directly by the MD to multiple individuals on cultural backgrounds. This is usually brushed off by saying "it's something I've always said" - High levels of turnover and existing members are completely fed up. General atmosphere was at an all time low
