Pros
Over the last year I've seen LMI transform itself enormously, becoming more professional and structured by the day. A lot of bright people work here with the ambition to truly make the machine work effectively. All this transformation makes for a lot of opportunities for people who want to make a difference.
Cons
A lot of different sites, with different systems and processes. Still needs a lot of work to harmonize all of this. Is pretty complicated for someone new to walk into, especially for functions that work across sites.
