Good pay better than ever, good benefits, good people. New changes are here and things maybe looking up?
Cons
Long hours, lack of communication between management (upper) disconnect from corporate and us (i feel) difficult to get things done sometimes. Understaffed which they say as lean but we feel as skeleton work load is crazy sometimes and other times they decide to end the day as we are in full swing.
