Understaffed which they say as lean but we feel as skeleton work load is crazy sometimes and other times they decide to end the day as we are in full swing.

Long hours, constant mandatory overtime. They give such high quotas you'll never reach them during your regular time. So pretty much every day you work 12 hours. They mandate weekends as well. They shut down a lot so you are forced to use vacation time or unemployment it is. You must pass their written test everytime you want to get a promotion and interview for the position.
