Long hours, lack of communication between management (upper) disconnect from corporate and us (i feel) difficult to get things done sometimes. Understaffed which they say as lean but we feel as skeleton work load is crazy sometimes and other times they decide to end the day as we are in full swing.

You never go home...ever... Being in school gets you out of work a few hours, a couple days a week, but you basically live there. Never worked a shift shorter than 10 hours and never had more than 2 or 3 days a year off.
