      Pros

      The people leaving reviews here are not exaggerating. There are barely any pros. And the pros they do have are still not worth taking this job. -you can dress casual -some people are friendly

      Cons

      -No heat in the building. Everyone wears their jacket indoors and have their space heaters on…. even then it’s still cold. -No AC. You can only imagine what that’s like in the summer. -The building is a warehouse. It’s old and dirty. The bathrooms are disgusting. -Management justifies overworking employees with “holding employees to its standards”. Don’t fall for that way of thinking.

      Pros

      Tough but fair. Company holds it's employees to a high standard, but is willing to support you every step of the way. VERY kind people who are looking to make it a warm, welcoming environment. A lot of growth and improvement, both tangible and intangible. A clear focus on bettering themselves as a company and moving forward in the world. Current renovation project to update and improve the office.
