Moreover, I really like that there is always the opportunity to talk or to discuss about ideas, questions and problems. There is an honestly, friendly and open minded atmosphere in the team. Having lunch or breaks together contribute a great team spirit! The tasks are variety and challenging. Furthermore, you can decide on your own how to prioritize your tasks. The atmosphere at LOVOO is amazing! Especially the little highlights of a day create a comfortable place to work. For example, the free daily breakfast, free lunch on every Wednesday and the modern furnished Office rooms and Kitchens. All information are communicated transparently and regularly. The communication in the company is in English and in German, because of the increased internationality at LOVOO. Additionally, there are regularly TechTalks for all interested people to give new information about the product. The technical equipment is on a high standard. New working equipment’s are available or can be ordered. Rooms with big windows and ergonomic chairs create a comfortable place to work. The working hours are very flexible. After an agreement you can take vacation anytime.
