As you probably know from experience, new team members are not only selected for their skills and knowledge, they also have to fit to LOVOO as a company. Qualifications and company fit are criteria for selection, sex and nationality are irrelevant.
For us as a company it is important to give everyone the same opportunities regardless of gender, age, religion etc. We actively encourage equality of opportunity. This is also reflected in our company values: We treat each other respectfully, fair and are open and honest with each other. This is why we put so much value on transparency and clarity.
Internally, there is the possibility to send feedback anonymously in team surveys. In addition, Glassdoor and Kununu offer the opportunity to send feedback anonymously. All reviews are checked by the platforms themselves on authenticity and duplication before they are published.
Personal feedback may be given in our regular feedback rounds, that also offer the possibility to address grievances. All colleagues may also at any time speak to the management, their heads or the HR team. We encourage open communication and the opinion of each team member is extremely important to us.
We very much regret that you feel treated unfairly and would have liked, if you had spoken directly to us earlier about issues that bothered you.
Issues such as the professional and personal development of every team member, attractive working conditions and a fair and due pay for the whole team is also in our interest.
It is possible to talk about these issues and find individual solutions for everything.
