      I’m doing my best to warn people about this job. The reviews on everything are right about this company, I wanted to give them a chance and they gave me a slap in the face. After having everything set up to start working and having a meeting with the owner, I received a rejection letter the same day. When I tried to reach out and see what was happening and assumed this might’ve been a mistake I received no communication besides “ you’ll receive an email later today” or “ she’ll be reaching out to you”, with no such thing. It’s harder now than ever to find a job and no one should be holding out on hope for it to be pulled from under them. Don’t apply to this job.

      Bring your ideas and energy! Fast paced and exciting atmosphere and you are part of making a difference. Owner is hands on and focused on taking care of residents and their homes.

      Commute is long but less opportunities where I live.

      Pros

      They pay you well, but thats because of how many cons there are to the job. Kristie and Kevin are nice and good to work with.

      Cons

      Leslie will micro manage everything and yell at everyone. Cant even recount all the times I have come into the office with her yelling at someone over some small detail. Everything is a fire drill for her and must be done immediately. Also everything is done with paper there, so if you like doing everything on paper join LR. They will also assign you a ton of stuff outside your job description and expect you to do that on top of your already super busy day.
