Pros

none - zero. Maybe you can use the all over board of unhappy employees as a group therapy.

Cons

The most toxic place I've ever worked at. Employees are put in the last place for everything. You have no value there. Don't expect salary raises within 10 yeas, maybe after that. Biggest turnover I've ever seen. Avoid if you don't like to feel you're a number... small one.

Pros

Such a great and unique company to be a part of. Everyone in this company wants every person to be successful. The owner is also super involved which I really like and appreciate. Feels like an extended family.

Cons

None at this time. Keep doing what you’re doing.

Pros

You have a paycheck, the company looks "good" only on paper

Cons

This company operates very much like a small, family-run business, which significantly impacts its professionalism and structure. Leadership lacks clear direction and exhibits incompetence for both the FEMALE AND MALE leading the company, and there appears to be limited to no understanding of operations and accounting processes especially the female one. There is no formal onboarding or training plan in place. Expectations are set very high despite minimal to no guidance, making it difficult for employees to succeed. Workloads are concentrated on too few people, and when processes break down due to understaffing, responsibility is often placed and BLAMED on individual employees rather than on systemic issues. In addition, the company has increasingly relied on outsourcing at very low rates from other countries, which results in heavy workloads and unsustainable expectations. EXPLOITATIVE. Overall, this environment will not be suitable for those looking for proper training, support, and fair workload distribution.
