Very uncomfortable environment where all employees are in one open space and the design team and others talk loud so one cannot hear clients on the phone. Upper management has no clue about sales and building a true sales force. After day one they expect 10 appointments per week and dollars the day before yesterday. No positive synergy, most of the employees philosophy is to burn out others candles with the illusion that theirs will burn brighter. Time wasted on weekly (at least two) meetings were most employees walk away discouraged. The D.C. office management team plays the bully card and simply know nothing about building and running a business. A good sales person will arrange many meetings with potential clients, unfortunately, only a few will purchase. Pricing is way too high and most large companies are now going factory direct.
