Cool team but poor upper management - Anonymous employee LUMICKS Employee Review

I have been with LUMICKS for less than a year but I have to say this is easily one of the best companies I have worked for. It's a flat organizational structure and management truly cares for their employees. They want everyone to develop professionally and personally. It's also so great to be surrounded by such brilliant individuals.

Nothing I can even think of.

Good vacation benefit, great co-workers to work not including narcissistic manager.

Discriminate between U.S. and Netherlands employees. Unfair treatment of U.S. employees. Hiring people with false promises, stealing employees commissions until you brought it up.
