Pros

I think this is one of the most electric environments I've encountered in my career. A significant portion of the senior management team has joined within the last year, and they bring an incredible amount of energy and a focused drive to improve every aspect of the business. The culture is consistently positive, friendly, and helpful, which makes the daily experience rewarding. I have only been with the company for a month, but I am already thrilled with my decision to join. It is exciting to be part of an organization where the product has such a clear value proposition and a pathway to future expansion. Because our technology directly promotes and enables safety, it is very easy to feel motivated by the mission. Additionally, our new President, Chris, is a former Qualtrics executive who is both extremely sharp and charismatic, providing clear and impressive direction for the team.

Cons

As the company continues to evolve with new leadership and rapid growth, there are many moving parts to navigate. This requires a high level of agility and a willingness to adapt to changing processes. There are also a lot of new employees so there is a lot of "figuring things out." If you are someone who likes to build and fix this could be a great fit, if you prefer polished established processes check back in a little bit.

Pros

The team and management are great to work with! I love the autonomy of the role and flexibility of owning my success/ KPIs/ schedule etc The actual solution solves customer problems I love working with customers

Cons

Internally- getting anything done is a nightmare. A lot of requests (even simple ones) have to go through multiple forms and layers of approvals. It gets really messy and impossible to manage at times Salesforce is the messiest I have seen than any company I have worked for. This makes managing customers/ contracts challenging Billing is a huge mess Internal teams can sometimes be hard to reach or work with. Some are great too Some AEs have serious ego issues and are nasty but their attitude is accepted Pay is low
