Pay is above adverage for driver jobs in area . if you need the hours, they will give you plenty of it. Say Goodbye to your private life.
Cons
'Abusive' military style training for new drivers. They instill a lot of fear of losing your job to gain control over you. Training is very poorly coordinated by instructors and management. They can falsely write in your records, spy on you through cameras and you have no say in anything. They are very unfair and nasty. Training dept sets people up for failure on the job, by expecting them to know everything in a few days. A horrible place to work ! You will have no life working for Lynx, if they don't fire you first for just doing a job they coordinated you to do !
