      Worst training ever! Training department is abusive and instills fear in new employees.

      Pros

      Pay is above adverage for driver jobs in area . if you need the hours, they will give you plenty of it. Say Goodbye to your private life.

      Cons

      'Abusive' military style training for new drivers. They instill a lot of fear of losing your job to gain control over you. Training is very poorly coordinated by instructors and management. They can falsely write in your records, spy on you through cameras and you have no say in anything. They are very unfair and nasty. Training dept sets people up for failure on the job, by expecting them to know everything in a few days. A horrible place to work ! You will have no life working for Lynx, if they don't fire you first for just doing a job they coordinated you to do !

      Pros

      Connecting with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds. The opportunity to help change and inspire others to move forward to achieve their dreams and goals..

      Cons

      Very time consuming, too many split shifts. Supervisors not on the same page when you ask for clarification on policies. Very low morale amongst employees. Most feel under valued by the upper management. Long overdue for a total overhaul for the publics accurate information on scheduling & connections of bus routes.

      Pros

      Most of the staff are good & want to do a good job.

      Cons

      The CEO and his buddies are the worst and made the company an awful place to work. Good employees are leaving because of them. Family coverage for health insurance is expensive.
