      Pros

      Nothing maybe a paycheck every couple weeks.

      Cons

      They don't listen. Need a dust collection system before they blow the place up and kill everybody. They are to cheap to buy something like that cause it cost money. They put money over employees health and safety. There is no work life balance. All work no play. If you are a yes man then you will make it. If you are in your early 30s you will get lots of rasies.

      Some co workers were great to work with. Built a solid network.

      Cons

      Oh so many. CEO and C-Suites do not understand the first thing about anything production or running a company. They did hire some great employees but dont let them do what they were hired to do. They dont want to hear the truth. If you want to advance (in title only, they dont increase pay) you can become the senior vice president of anything you want if you just keep telling them what they want to hear. At some point Japan has to pull the plug on this failed adventure.
