Management cares nothing about hourly. They lie about 6 months of probation before being hired permanently. They do this to lure experienced workers into the place. It actually takes 11 to 13 months if you're lucky in certain circumstances. This place has A LOT of low skilled workers and management takes full advantage of that by not giving good raises, no overtime(They lie about that too)and their bonuses are very small compared to the millions of annual profit they make.
