Employees are getting 50Euro voucher for 3months perfect attendance

Cons

Management doesn't cooperate with employees.No respect to people at all.Supervisor is harrasing people,having his beloved favourites. I know a few people had to leave work.He is still there.That's how HR will help ya!

Pros

Great co-workers, good pay, great experience and I didn't want to leave. Tattoos and piercings don't matter, unless you're a female.

Cons

Merger/take over was the biggest mistake! Rules don't apply to everyone. HR was a joke. Is still 2 companies. They don't take care of their employees and the turnover rate is through the roof.

Pros

You get paid weekly. Bldg 3 is very low pressure during training period and some decent 1st shift coworkers. Good lead man on 1st shift. Relaxed environment.

Cons

Management cares nothing about hourly. They lie about 6 months of probation before being hired permanently. They do this to lure experienced workers into the place. It actually takes 11 to 13 months if you're lucky in certain circumstances. This place has A LOT of low skilled workers and management takes full advantage of that by not giving good raises, no overtime(They lie about that too)and their bonuses are very small compared to the millions of annual profit they make.
