      Members are wonderful and club house is nice

      Cons

      Certain managers get away with doing nothing and being pompous jerks. They depend on their subordinates to do everything and make me look good. They work them into the ground until they have to leave. It’ll happen over and over again until management is held responsible.

      Medical benefits are good, members are nice

      Cons

      Some of the upper management is horrible and racist. There is zero HR rules here. Everyone does what they want. Employees work very hard while management does nothing. Communication is horrible.
