Manageable workload, but low pay and outdated culture - Work Management Administrator Lakeside Performance Gas Services Employee Review

I really liked the friendly environment at the company. All my colleagues were accommodating when I joined and the journey was good. My seniors were nice to me too and whenever I had problems, I approached them and we figured out solutions to the problems.

I do not have any cons to list as during my journey I did not had any problems with the company. Only thing is as the company is growing, so you needed to be dedicated towards your job which I had no problems with.

No room for growth. They don't promote current employees.

Unless you're management, you are treated poorly, undervalued, never recognized for your efforts & underpaid. They love to keep employees down. I no longer work there however was told there are no work from home opportunities during Covid-19 pandemic. No hazard pay. No bonuses. All that is reserved for management...most of whom, do nothing but micromanage when they're trying to impress. HR is a joke. Changed our benefits to save the company more money at the expense of underpaid employees.
