Pros
I really liked the friendly environment at the company. All my colleagues were accommodating when I joined and the journey was good. My seniors were nice to me too and whenever I had problems, I approached them and we figured out solutions to the problems.
Cons
I do not have any cons to list as during my journey I did not had any problems with the company. Only thing is as the company is growing, so you needed to be dedicated towards your job which I had no problems with.

Some friendly coworkers A lot of employees are new immigrants or very young so they are just using the job as a stepping stone.
Cons
Small company Low pay Dead end job Bare Minimum Benefits Slave Master mentality Management is all white I feel bad for those who stay with this company. Your future is bleak.
