Toxic Work Environment; underpaid - Administrative Lakeside Performance Gas Services Employee Review

Work is simple. Workload can be alot but its manageable.

Low pay Their "culture" is very antiquated, mainly due to older management that doesnt seem to want to change. No phones even if all your work is donw and you have 20 mins left on your shift. Most departments dont care and use their phones, but WMA is annoying about that.

I really liked the friendly environment at the company. All my colleagues were accommodating when I joined and the journey was good. My seniors were nice to me too and whenever I had problems, I approached them and we figured out solutions to the problems.

I do not have any cons to list as during my journey I did not had any problems with the company. Only thing is as the company is growing, so you needed to be dedicated towards your job which I had no problems with.
