Involved leadership provides training, coaching, and ongoing learning. They are invested in my individual growth, and trusting of me to prove my success by working independently. They are also respectful of my personal needs and schedule, accommodating by allowing for remote work whenever possible.

PTO, Holidays off, sometimes you get free shirts or cups with the company logo on it. Used to be free lunch once a month but they stopped due to budget cuts.

Favoritism, cliques, management gossiping about employees to other employees. (Example: management told an employee someone was being laid off. That employee spread that information, eventually getting back to the employee getting laid off, creating an ugly situation that could have been avoided.) Unprofessional and uncomfortable work environment due to the cliques. Lack of job security - numerous layoffs yet somehow managed to open new offices?
