Pros
It is not very demanding as other companies in the valley. Most of the engineers have been working at Lam for more than 10 years. There are not many people leaving the company because they are either comfortable with the company or they can not find other job since the industry is pretty small compare to other industry.
Cons
There is not much of career development available.There is not much of hiring going on. The company is pretty stable and the employees have very little chance to move around. Since there is not much hiring it is difficult to move up to higher positions.
