Pros
-benefits are great --in general, the culture is one of the best I've worked with. Co-workers and other employees that I've met from this company are nice and professional people --pretty flexible in asking for time off (not much PTO though)
Cons
As some have echoed on here, it depends who you have as a manager. Personally, my manager was pretty tyrannical. Yelled constantly (weekly basis) and stated that it's "company culture" to do so. Was micromanaged almost daily
