Below review is for Software Product Support • This is being chaired by 2 managers with very very minimal or minute technical knowledge o One does the data (to show US management ) which is of zero value add o The other manager has very minute knowledge with respect to technical issues Apart from leave approvals, reading e mails and travel desk for the team, no value add • Both the managers cannot guide the team technically hence cannot connect with an engineer's issues nor gauge the inflow of work
